As a change specialist, KMC was requested by the shareholder to manage its Yukon Development Corporation portfolio. Tasked with improving revenues, mitigating losses and assessing the viability of the companies, Lynn brought the corporation from potential closure to a thriving, stable, well managed asset that will be respected for years to come. With full P&L responsibility, she introduced operating policies and supported long-term business planning.

One of 5 Trustees appointed to oversee the portfolio of the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in which included financial investments, business oversight and recommendations on growth patterns in the changing markets.
